We can be so deep into the daily whirlwind that we forget about one of the most important audiences for our company: our own people. 

Every year organizations invest a lot of money creating communication campaigns for their customers but fail to communicate internally. 

This generates a huge gap between the intent of the messaging created and how it’s being delivered (in the end they are the ones in front of the customer delivering this message)
