The prices and promotions published on the Site apply solely and exclusively to people who hire before December 31, 2020.

In order to contract any social media management package or paid advertising, it is necessary for the client to have their Buyer Persona or Customer Profile developed and documented so that they can deliver it to PinkPiano Inc at the beginning of the project or it might not generate desired results.

The contracted plans and packages may only be used in the same business. If the client wishes to drive additional businesses, they must contract independently for each one of them.

The posts in our core services are not sent every day for review, only the first post is sent for the client to see the layout and content line and approve it. Subsequently, the contents are published directly based on a content plan tailored to the business line.

Every week the PinkPiano Inc team sends the themes and formats to be used. For example: Monday: sale, Tuesday: infographic, Wednesday: branding, Thursday: trivia, etc. The client can change the topics they like by commenting on it when requesting their authorization.

We handle various content, all focused on the business, among them, trivia, infographics, video, meme, branding, sales, surveys, complete the sentence, how does it work?, customer testimonials, offers, events, top 5, articles of interest, etc.

Comments and modifications to graphic or design lines can be made in future publications without any problem.

In case you require a service where each of the publications goes to review, we have the service of making individual post design for $35 USD that are sent for review before publishing, with the right to two changes at no additional cost.

The contracted plan begins to run once the first publication is made.

Terms and Conditions applicable to the Premium Social Media Management service 

The posts of the Premium plans of management of social networks for small businesses are worked under a grid of contents and are sent for review before publishing.

The contracted plan is for 1 social network. Facebook and Instagram can be included for the same price if the client agrees to publish the same content on both channels, at the same time, as a mirror. (same image size too)
